These chickpeas are gently split and polished in our state-of-the-art organic legume facility in Mersin, preserving their nutritional value while offering a quicker-cooking alternative to whole chickpeas.

With a naturally creamy texture and a slightly nutty flavor, broken chickpeas are ideal for traditional dishes such as soups, stews, purees, spreads, and baby food. Their reduced cooking time and smooth consistency make them a practical and healthy choice for both home kitchens and large-scale food production.
