Atmey Organic’s Organic Wheat is grown in the rich, sunlit agricultural regions of Şanlıurfa, Turkey—an area known for its deep grain-growing heritage. Cultivated using only certified organic methods, our wheat is free from synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and GMOs, making it a wholesome and sustainable choice for natural food production.

This nutrient-rich grain is a staple ingredient for flours, bulgur, cracked wheat, and traditional bakery and pasta products. With its high content of complex carbohydrates, plant-based protein, fiber, and essential minerals, organic wheat supports energy, digestion, and overall health.

Processed in our Mersin-based organic facility, Atmey ensures premium quality through meticulous sorting, cleaning, and packaging that meets international food safety standards.
